Advanced Radiation Therapy is proud to announce its latest AccuBoost installation at the St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center radiation oncology department in Boston, MA (a Steward Hospital).  The Cancer Care Program at St. Elizabeth’s gives patients access to some of the area’s leading medical, surgical and radiation oncologists.  St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center has been steadily augmenting its treatment modalities for cancer patients.  This latest initiative adds the AccuBoost modality to it’s treatment armamentarium for breast cancer as well as High Dose Rate (HDR) brachytherapy treatments for other localized lesions

AccuBoost is a Non-Invasive Breast Brachytherapy(NIBB) approach which allows clinicians to deliver a conformal,  targeted radiation field under mammography image guidance, while sparing dose to the heart, lungs, opposing breast and skin. For more information on the AccuBoost technology, visit www.AccuBoost.com or email info@accuboost.com.  For more information on St. Elizabeth Hospital, please visit: https://www.semc.org
